Tender and Quote Specialist, KSA


As an Logistics Tender and Quote Specialist you will be responsible for the generation, maintenance and continuous improvement of all existing logistics reports. They are also responsible for supporting the Logistics team's reporting requirements such as the development of new reports, providing ad hoc analysis and providing systems expertise. The logistics Analyst will also lead/support key improvement initiatives within the Logistics function.

 

Key Responsibilities;

 

  • Ownership and accountability for Tender Fulfillment across the organization
  • Study, analyze, and evaluate tender documents to identify risk factors and coordinate with the GM & the divisions managers for the overall risk assessment and bid decision.
  • Develop high-quality submissions, presentations, and associated documents.
  • Enquire, consult, and coordinate with client for specification/ clarifications required for tenders and proposals.
  • Participate in pre, mid and post bid meetings (when requested).
  • Generates weekly and monthly status reports of tenders’ progress/wins/ losses (indicating reasons) to the GM & the Top Management for review and verification of management.
  • In coordination with Commercial team, gather all required information to effectively prepare the technical and the commercial proposal like Tender Executive Summary, quotation, sample items (when requested)
  • Finalize estimation and consolidates cost sheet & tender documents for management review and approval.
  • Liaise with the Procurement department to allocate needed stock to meet with tender delivery dates and shipments.
  • Researches, tracks and coordinates all tenders’ contracts, and any other hospitals direct purchasing contract.
  • Market Place Direct order, request, submitting, reviewing when needed, and providing fulfillment report over the awarded purchasing orders delivery progress.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and local legislation.
  • Facilitates any management approvals required for price levels and contract terms for tenders.
  • Create, monitor day to day quotation creation and pricing approval matrix.
  • Responsible for the product pricing and reimbursement strategies across the organization.
  • Manages the pricing database update in all used systems
  • Provides customer price lists, country list prices, and check with history prices at time of order.
  • Manages pricing Disputes & overrides within divisions and across the organization.
  • Lead pricing analytic part, providing guidance on business priorities
