About the role:
At Boston Scientific, we’re committed to diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions through continuous innovation. Within the Cardiology Group (CG), we design and produce cutting-edge technologies to diagnose and treat coronary artery disease and other cardiovascular disorders.
We are seeking a Project Manager to drive high-impact projects, analyses, and strategic recommendations for CG executive leadership. In this role, you will lead internal consulting projects that shape the future direction of CG, working autonomously in dynamic and ambiguous markets. You’ll build relationships with internal and external partners to develop actionable recommendations and successfully execute initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify business initiatives by working with business leaders to prioritize strategic initiatives that support profitable and sustainable growth.
- Manage projects by developing detailed project plans that outline work plans, timelines, roles, and resources. Lead cross-functional project teams composed of project managers, functional experts, and local country managers.
- Monitor progress to ensure the achievement of all milestones and deliverables. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders through reports and meetings.
- Work closely with sales leadership to support strategic plan projects, Cardiology Tool Development, and strategic field engagement plans for key executive leaders.
- Develop strategies to enhance revenue growth by focusing leadership on top Cardiology customer opportunities and collaboration initiatives.
- Facilitate leadership alignment by developing Cardiology objectives, pipeline presentations, and key discussion topics for sales leadership meetings.
- Partner with sales leadership to gain a thorough understanding of Cardiology strategies and facilitate discussions to ensure alignment across the Cardiology sales organization.
- Exhibit professional maturity and foster an open, stimulating, and positive environment that enables colleagues to perform at their best.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of related experience in consulting, marketing, project management, strategy, or finance.
- Interpersonal skills to engage with senior leaders, respectfully challenge viewpoints, and build consensus.
- Ability to simplify complex analytical projects for diverse audiences.
- Communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to create clear, engaging presentations.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree.
- Financial and market modeling experience.
- Medical device or healthcare experience.
