Boston Scientific is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern based in Kerkrade, Netherlands. 
You will report to the Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, and you will be working as a Talent Acquisition Intern, recruiting interns and graduates for different projects within the Netherlands.

We have almost 50.000 employees worldwide and, in the Netherlands, we are situated in Kerkrade. In Kerkrade lies the Supply Chain hub. From this hub we send out the devices worldwide. Next to our distribution center, which is the heart of this location, we have a lot of supporting departments like GBS, Finance, HR, Quality, Demand Planning and Customer Service, Capital Equipment, etc. 

We are always looking for highly skilled students who like to learn and achieve their goals, personally and career wise in the field of Talent Acquisition and work closely with Human Resources. You will be working in an international environment with an open culture and lots of possibilities.

Will you come and join us?

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Creating a sustainable recruitment plan focused on students and graduates
• Dealing with the hiring process of Interns and graduates within the Netherlands  
• Advertising, evaluating CVs, screening calls, etc.  
• Employer Branding creating and maintaining relationships with universities and other entities 
• Proactively looking for events, career fairs, etc. where we can participate 
• Creating talent pools for future intern and graduate recruitments 
• Being up to date on local internship and contract legislation 

What are we looking for: 

• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Studies, etc.
• Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Dutch would be a plus
• Experience in recruitment or HR would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks
