About the role:

The Captial Equipment and Customer Care product owner will own the deployment of data analytics and reporting solutions for capital equipment and customer care globally. 

 

What we are looking for:

⦁    Drives the vision of the product to meet operational and non-operational needs.
⦁    Directly manages and leads BAs and Front-end Engineers, and indirectly manages Back-end engineers to create the solutions needed, so that they can meet business process needs, and various internal and external customer's needs.
⦁    Organizes priorities, removes blockers, networks/markets solutions with the broader CE and CC organization, including global, regional and local functions.
⦁    Identifies strategic opportunities to improve “running the business” through data and/or through partnerships with other teams such as the Global CC and CE automation team, Global CC and CE business process teams, etc. 
⦁    Identifies opportunities to optimize the business beyond operational processes, and insights that enable new business growth.
⦁    Influences global and local process owners in the adoption of standard solutions to support the running of the business.
⦁    Partners with other supply chain and other function’s product teams (locally, regionally and globally) to leverage expertise and solutions.

Education/Experience requirements:
⦁    A technical degree (whether in IT, Engineering, Sciences or otherwise) or equivalent working experience
⦁    Experience of leading/managing teams directly or in a matrix format (at least 2 years)
⦁    Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment.
⦁    Experience in SAP and its processes a plus
