Purpose:
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the cardiology sector, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role involves developing strategic relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Senior Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts and distributors in an assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Provide expert knowledge and support to customers regarding cardiology products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biomedical
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market. ( Preferably Cardiology Experience)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM softwares

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Sales Force
