Supply Chain Manager - TheraSphere™

 

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for all activities related to the fulfillment and distribution of TheraSphere™ orders and medical accessories across Turkey and Northern Cyprus. With Turkey being the second-largest user of TheraSphere™ worldwide, this role is critical within the nuclear medicine field. The manager will ensure regulatory compliance, manage external and internal customer interactions, and oversee importation and delivery logistics. The role also supports Turkey's Regulatory requirements and submissions, making fluency in both Turkish and English essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Customer Management: Handle internal and external customer requests and coordinate orders with the TheraSphere™ and Embolics Customer Service Teams.
  • Logistics & Delivery: Manage deliveries with Turkish carriers, prepare specific documentation, and coordinate waste disposal when applicable.
  • Importation Support: Oversee customs documentation review, collaborate with customs agents and Account Managers, follow up on tax payments, and maintain documentation.
  • Financial Support: Review customer invoices, support credit collections by following up on outstanding payments, and liaise with Finance for payment allocations and customer statements.
  • Customer Data Management: Collect and maintain customer data, including licenses, and support new customer setup.
  • Complaints & Returns: Coordinate product returns and report customer complaints.
  • Regulatory Support: Assist with importation and exportation permit submissions to Turkish Authorities (TAEA) and track imported activities.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage supplier invoices, ensure data management and filing responsibilities, and maintain general administrative tasks.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities are in compliance with local laws regulating commercial activities and align with company values.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (required)
  • Radiation Officer Certificate (asset)
  • Fluency in Turkish and English (required)
  • Knowledge of Turkish regulatory requirements and customs processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
