Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Global Reporting and Technologies, Order to Cash to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all global technology platforms and reporting tools used within the Order to Cash Global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology management, data analytics, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of global technology platforms and reporting tools for the Order to Cash Global team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with business processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and technology platforms.
• Manage a team of technology and reporting professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting tools and platforms.
• Develop and maintain documentation for technology platforms, processes, and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technology and reporting, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• English Advanced skills
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technology management, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technology and reporting teams.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes and systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with global technology platforms and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
