Solution Delivery Specialist

 


The resource will be part of the Solution Delivery team, focusing on order automation and process improvements.

 

This permanent role offers weekly hybrid working from our Düsseldorf office.

 

 

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Configure and maintain order processing systems to facilitate accurate, smooth and efficient order entry, such as Esker and EDI. 
  • Contribute to reach the EMEA/country automation target.
  • Actively participate to knowledge sharing / best practice sessions to improve overall knowledge to have a positive impact on automation.
  • Contribute on identifying EMEA/country Automation blockers and support projects to solve them.
  • Ensure timely tasks/projects completion ensuring current policies and practices are followed and keeping accurate documentation.
  • Continuously seek and drive improvements by piloting new tools / ideas and sharing these with others.
  • Apply experience and knowledge in a variety of situations to accomplish defined goals at customer, GCX organization and/or even broader BSC level.
  • Support the deployment of Global Customer Experience (GCX) solutions to internal and external customers. 
  • Impact quality and effectiveness of service activities provided to the customer.

 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Fast learner with a curiosity and aptitude for technical learning.
  • Strong interest in automation technologies and willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
  • Customer care orientation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, collaborate with team members, and interact with peers.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
  • Keen attention to detail and accurate data entry.
  • Apply as well as share best practices.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in usage of SAP and Service Cloud (Salesforce)
  • Language required: German native speaker and fluent English; other languages would be an advantage.
