Job Summary:

The Coyol CIS Manager will lead a team within the Endoscopy Quality division, responsible for performing in-depth technical analysis and trending of product complaints as part of the post-market quality process. This role will be the key liaison between the CIS team and cross-functional partners, including R&D, Manufacturing, Design Assurance, and Supplier Quality, to drive initiatives that enhance product quality, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, guiding staff in achieving individual and organizational goals, providing training, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all members can reach their potential.

Drive quality projects of major magnitude and scope, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and ensure compliance with BSC policies and procedures, ensuring that resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are adequately maintained to meet Quality Policy standards.

Determine appropriate staffing levels and schedules, working with partners to understand priorities, allocate resources effectively, and recruit top talent for the CIS team.

Own and drive deliverables related to quality systems, product quality, and compliance, while maintaining adherence to Global Corporate Metrics for complaint investigations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

5+ years of experience in quality assurance, product quality, or a related field

Strong knowledge of quality systems within the medical device industry

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
