Responsabilidades

• Apoyar el mantenimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
• Apoyar la correcta actualización de los procedimientos operativos estándar. (SOP)
• Promover la cultura del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
• Promover buenas prácticas de documentación e integridad de datos.
• Colaborar con el correcto almacenamiento de la documentación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
• Apoyar el proceso de consolidación de información para diversos fines: reuniones, informes mensuales, presentaciones, indicadores de gestión, bases de datos, etc.
• Participar en el proceso de mejora continua, apoyando proyectos de simplificación, campañas de cultura de calidad y buscando proactivamente oportunidades de mejora para nuestro Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
• Proponer y desarrollar la automatización de las tareas de los procesos.
• Esta función se centra en el soporte de calidad, con una amplia variedad de tareas.
• Promover buenas prácticas para garantizar la integridad de los datos y protección de la información del área y la compañía.
• Identificar riesgos de relacionados con ciberseguridad en el área."
