About the role:
Our Service Materials Team in Arden Hills is looking for temporary support (6 month defined term) to run daily activities.
This role is part of a rapidly growing global organization that is responsible to install Capital Equipment in hospitals and ensure support for the hospitals by providing Preventive Maintenance, Upgrades and Repair if required.
Typical activities for the Service Materials Team:
Responsibilities within this role are the planning, procurement, oversight, documentation, and issue resolution of service materials and -tools, test and measurement equipment, FRUs and service disposables. The position will ensure service materials are forecasted, planned, procured, available, delivered, documented in the quality system, and available for use by the global technical service organization for installation and service activities. Analyzing global needs for service materials and reporting out to management / global technical services as needed, as well as driving process improvements and issue resolution are essential in this role.

Experience and skills:
• Education level: Higher vocational level
• Experience in planning and/or supply chain is a pre
• Relevant working experience: 1-3 years
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform in a multi-cultural environment

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $ to $, plus variable compensation governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
