Sales Operations Senior Analyst, EP
About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our EP Sales Operations team. As a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations, you will be a key contact on this fast-paced Sales Operations team, responsible for a variety of tasks including reporting, analytics, operations, and process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the direction of the department and the overall EP strategy through your contributions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and partner directly with Field Sales Organization on business planning and analytics.
- Provide effective support for the field sales team by responding to requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
- Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests to support the Field Sales, Sales Operations, and other cross functional partners.
- Develop and maintain reports, including new product launch dashboards, forecast modeling, and others, often utilizing multiple data sources.
- Partner on special projects as needed.
- Identify and lead initiatives for improving processes.
- Execute and document various Sales Operations and Program processes as required.
- Participate in all team functions and initiatives, actively supporting a positive, collaborative team culture.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and experience in Tableau, Salesforce, and database management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Results-oriented team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
