Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst, Cardiac Rhythm Management & Diagnostics
The Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst will drive analytics, strategies, planning for the Boston Scientific Cardiac Rhythm Management & Diagnostics sales team. As an integral member of the Sales Strategy and Operations team supporting Cardiac Rhythm Management & Diagnostics, this position interacts with various sales and marketing leaders and is responsible for building and influencing commercial sales models to enable the organization to grow at scale for future years. This role requires a high level of business acumen, customer solution focus, multi-tasking skills, comprehensive organizational skills and analytical ability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create, execute, and lead sales solutions that drive profitable growth
- Develop actionable analytics and propose recommendations and strategies to solve commercial opportunities in unique ways that return optimal value to our business
- Partner with cross functional team to outline and execute sales process to achieve division and franchise level objectives
- Engage in long range planning and multi-year sales transformation strategies to drive efficiencies within both sales operations and the sales organization
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions while applying appropriate methodology, measurements, tools, and quantitative techniques in projects
- Partner with the sales organization and appointed Advisory Boards to align on processes and projects to drive the business forward
- Assist in strategic planning
- Build strong collaborative relationships across the division (including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Sales Training, and other internal groups, etc.). Ensure alignment with proposed strategies and plans and facilitate collaboration towards achieving common goals and outcomes
- Participation in various sales related projects.
- Drive efficiencies within both sales operations and the sales organization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent problem-solving skills, using an analytical and consultative “partner-focused” approach
- Experience with business data modeling and thorough statistical analysis
- High-energy, team-first attitude: motivated to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
- Highly analytical with the ability to analyze large sets of data from multiple perspectives to generate conclusions and drive decisions
- Ability to interpret ambiguous requests, and partner with key stakeholders in driving goals
- Detail-oriented but can manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. The individual should be able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
- Expertise with Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Boston Scientific or medical device experience
- Focus in Sales Operations and/or Marketing functions preferred.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
