We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll leverage your technical knowledge to build and enhance applications within our Dynamics Customer Experience (CE), Dynamics Sales, and Dynamics Finance environments. Working in a collaborative and agile setting, you’ll help shape our digital solutions, improve business processes, and ensure a seamless experience for our users.

 

Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, optimize, and improve Boston Scientific’s CDX customer-related business processes.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Customize and enhance CRM applications to support critical business functions.
  • Deliver front-end development for Dynamics CRM and provide technical support to internal users.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code to ensure high-quality, timely solutions.
  • Document designs, tasks, bugs, user stories, and requirements for clarity and efficiency.
  • Assist in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing before production deployment.
  • Provide production support, monitor applications, and enhance performance for better system availability.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and implement system enhancements, ensuring up-to-date technical documentation.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field OR 4+ years of relevant professional technical experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Apps platform.
  • Experience in designing, developing, testing, and documenting software solutions.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a technical field.
  • Experience with Dynamics Finance (formerly Finance and Operations) or similar accounting applications is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of current programming languages, frameworks, and software development strategies.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
