About the role:

Senior level PM position responsible for Boston Scientifics next generation Global Labeling System (GLS). This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity that combines system application and architecture technical acumen with corporate, divisional, and operational collaboration. This position requires high level organizational and communication skills, customer focus, collaboration and presentation skills for senior level and general business updates. 

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Project planning and status updates to Sr Mgmt., Businesses, and Ops sites
  • Multi Divisional and Ops site requirements gathering and integration
  • Timeline development, dissemination, and adherence
  • Facilitating user acceptance testing
  • System testing support
  • Multi business and level engagement
  • Work instruction and training development

 

Required qualifications:

  • BS Degree
  • 5 years of project management experience
  • 2 plus years of labeling experience in med device or other highly regulated fields
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Office
  • Presentation development and delivery skills
  • Communication skills/people skills
  • Customer and quality focused
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Travel (1x per quarter)

 

Preferred qualifications and competencies:

  • BSC experience
  • Extensive medical device experience
  • Experience with global enterprise labeling software systems
  • Quality background
  • IT background

Minimum Salary: $96200 

Maximum Salary: $182700 

 

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

 

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements.
